Who we are
This website is run by Triick Ltd ("Triick", "we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal information collected through it.
For anything about your privacy, email us at explore@triick.com.

What we collect
- Enquiries — when you use the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the services you’re interested in and your project details.
- Bookings — if you book a call, the booking is handled by Cal.com, which collects the details you enter under its own privacy policy.
- Analytics and advertising data — only if you accept cookies: pages you visit, how you arrived (e.g. a search or an ad), your device, browser and approximate location (from your IP address), and actions such as sending the contact form. We never send your name, email or phone number to Google or Meta.
- Technical data — our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address and time of request) to keep the site running and secure.
We don’t ask for sensitive information. Please don’t include it in your message.
How we use it, and why we’re allowed to
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss a project — because it’s in our legitimate interests to respond, or because you’ve asked us to take steps before entering a contract.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it (Google Analytics) — only with your consent.
- To measure our advertising and show relevant ads, including to people who visited this site (Meta Pixel) — only with your consent.
- To keep the site secure and working — in our legitimate interests.
You can withdraw consent at any time with the Cookie settings button below or in the footer. Withdrawing doesn’t affect anything collected before.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to see how visitors use the site. Google processes this data on our behalf; IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. We keep analytics data for 14 months.
Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can also block Google Analytics on every site with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
Meta Pixel
With your consent we use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram). It lets third parties, including Meta, use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies to collect or receive information from this website and elsewhere on the internet, and to use that information to measure ads and to target ads — for example, showing our ads on Facebook or Instagram to people who visited this site.
Meta uses this information under its own privacy policy. You can control the ads you see in your Meta ad preferences, and opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at Your Online Choices (UK/EU) or the DAA opt-out page (US).
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out and the Meta Pixel does not load.
International transfers
We work from the United Kingdom and the United States, and some of our providers are based in the US. Where your information leaves the UK or EU, it is protected by recognised safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK extension) or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep what our contract and the law require.
- Google Analytics data: 14 months.
- Meta Pixel data: as set out in Meta’s privacy policy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- correct it, or delete it;
- restrict or object to how we use it, including for marketing;
- send it to you or another company in a portable format;
- stop “selling” or “sharing” it for targeted advertising (US);
- withdraw your consent — use Cookie settings for cookies.
Email explore@triick.com. We’ll reply within one month and won’t treat you differently for using your rights.
If you’re unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office, your local data protection authority, or your state’s attorney general in the US.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn’t aimed at children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
